The Facility dashboard brings rooms, grows, plant records, open tasks and procedures into one overview, with links to the underlying work. Team members see the tools their role permits.

Set up the selected Facility, rooms, and team memberships, then use owner, manager, staff, and viewer roles to match access to the work. Each person keeps their individual account and enters the shared workspace through their Facility membership.
Operational records
Assign recurring work, run reviewed SOP checklists, and record inventory usage with the selected Facility. The authorized team member records the work; the manager can return to the task, journal evidence, and completion history. Recorded completion is not automatic compliance certification.
Environmental context
Review imported controller history alongside the room and grow it belongs to. AC Infinity and Bluelab CSV history are import workflows, not a promise of live device control. Check supported provider setup before connecting equipment.
Where METRC fits
Licensed cannabis facilities may also need METRC for regulated tracking and reporting. GrowPathAI keeps daily room work, tasks, and evidence alongside that separate responsibility; general Facility workflows do not require a METRC connection. METRC integration is planned, not live: provider access, jurisdiction review, and runtime verification remain outstanding. Current Facility report exports are JSON, not METRC submissions. GrowPathAI does not replace your required compliance system or certify compliance.
What does the team need to start?
An owner sets up the Facility subscription and invites the team. Facility is $100/month or $1,000/year for 200 grows, 2,000 plants, and a shared pool of 2,000 AI credits each week. One subscription covers the team workspace within those shared limits; it is not priced per seat.
