Free plan needs no card. Eligible paid checkout is handled by Stripe; GrowPathAI does not store full card numbers.

Paid sales still require seller and product eligibility. Annual billing is charged as one $500 payment; save $100 compared with 12 monthly payments.

Before you choose a plan
Is Free a trial that turns into a bill?
No. The Free plan has no subscription charge and does not require a payment card. It includes 1 tracked grow, 1 tracked plant, and 5 AI credits per week. A paid plan is a separate checkout choice. Plan terms and limits may change; see the Terms of Service.
What does one AI credit buy?
A standard AI assistant request uses 1 credit and a standard plant diagnosis uses 3. For example, Free's 5 weekly credits can cover 5 assistant requests, or 1 diagnosis and 2 assistant requests. Other AI workflows can have different costs; check the displayed cost before starting. Credits reset weekly, not monthly. Facility work uses the Facility's shared pool, not 2,000 credits for each team member.
What happens when I reach a limit?
An AI action needs enough credits before it can run; wait for the next weekly reset or review the available plan options. Grow and plant limits restrict adding more tracked records. They do not mean that existing records are automatically deleted. You do not have to buy a plan just to keep your account.
Do I still own my photos and grow records?
Yes. Under our Terms, you retain ownership of the content you add. GrowPathAI is a cloud service, not an offline-only local notebook. We store and process records through service providers to run the app. Review Privacy for how account information, photos, and other records are handled.
Can I take my records with me?
Supported timeline and report screens provide exports where your plan and role allow them. You can also request an account export from Profile's privacy controls. These are different export paths: do not assume a timeline PDF is a complete backup of every original photo or every account record.
How do payments and cancellation work?
Paid checkout is handled by Stripe; GrowPathAI does not store full card numbers. Manage an existing subscription from Account Billing. Review the cancellation effective date before confirming. Annual prices are charged in one payment, not monthly installments. Refund eligibility follows the terms shown for the purchase; we do not promise an unconditional money-back guarantee.

Which plan should I choose?
Start Free for one grow and one plant. Pro Grower adds room for 10 grows and 50 plants at $10/month or $100/year. Choose Commercial for brand and storefront workflows, or Facility for room-based team operations. Facility credits are shared within that workspace. These are different workflow plans, not a promise of unlimited seats, usage, or device integrations.
